Common use of Co-Chairpersons Clause in Contracts

Co-Chairpersons. One of each Party’s representatives to the JSC will be designated as a co-chairperson. The co-chairpersons will be responsible for calling meetings and preparing and circulating an agenda in advance of each meeting, and preparing minutes of each meeting.

Co-Chairpersons. One Each Party shall designate one of each Party’s its JSC representatives to the JSC will be designated serve as a co-chairperson. The co-chairpersons will shall be jointly responsible for calling meetings and preparing shall be jointly responsible for setting the agenda (which shall include a list of all participants expected at a meeting). The co-chairpersons shall alternate responsibility for circulating such agenda at least [***] prior to each meeting and circulating an agenda in advance distributing minutes of each the meetings pursuant to Section 3.1.5 within [***] following such meeting, and preparing minutes but will not otherwise have any greater power (including voting power) or authority than any other member of each meetingthe JSC.
