CMDHB/NRA Clause Samples

The CMDHB/NRA clause establishes the relationship and responsibilities between the Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) and the Northern Regional Alliance (NRA) within a contractual or collaborative context. Typically, this clause outlines how the two entities will coordinate on shared projects, allocate resources, or manage joint obligations, such as workforce planning or service delivery in the healthcare sector. By clearly defining the roles and expectations of CMDHB and NRA, the clause ensures effective collaboration and minimizes the risk of misunderstandings or disputes between the parties.
