Club Manager. The Allottee understands and accepts that the Said Club (at the sole discretion of the Promoter) shall be managed and operated professionally through a club operation and management agency (Club Manager), to be exclusively engaged by the Promoter, at its sole discretion. Notwithstanding formation of the Association and the Apex Body, the Club Manager shall at all times continue to look after the maintenance and running of the Said Club. The Allottee further understands and accepts that the Club Manager can only be changed and/or replaced at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the allottees of the Said Complex shall have no right to replace the Club Manager.

Notwithstanding formation of the Association and the Apex Body, the Club Manager shall continue to look after the maintenance and running of the Said Club. Only upon the consent/ vote of 75% of the owners, the Club Manager would change and/or the Said Club would be handed over to the Association.

(7) Membership Fee, Security Deposit and Monthly Subscription: The Allottee/s understand/s and accept/s that (1) the Allottee/ do/es not have to pay any membership fee for membership of the Said Club as the Total Consideration includes the membership fee but future transfereesoftheAllottee/smayhavetopayseparateamountstowardsme mbershipfee (2) the Allottee/s may have to pay a one-time interest free security deposit for use of credit facilities at the Said Club and (3) the Allottee/s will have to pay a fixed monthly subscription for membership of the Said Club, irrespective of whether the Allottee/s resides at the Said Flat, which shall be determined at the time of opening of the Said Club, at the sole discretion of the Promoters and this shall be in addition to the Common Expenses/MaintenanceCharges. Club Manager. The Said Club/ amenities may (at the sole discretion of the Developer and subject to availability) be managed and operated professionally through a club operation and management agency (Club/ Facility Manager), to be engaged by the Builder only.
Club Manager. At any time, Club Operator may appoint a Club Manager to act as its agent. The Club Manager shall have whatever rights hereunder as are assigned in writing to it by the Club Operator. Without limiting the foregoing, the Club Manager, if so agreed by the Club Owner, may file liens for unpaid Club Charges against Residential Units, and may enforce the Club Documents. As of the date hereof, the Club Manager is Hampton Golf, Inc., a Florida corporation.
