CLSA Reporting. CONTRACTOR shall administer the CLSA to 14 participants upon admission into THPP, every six months thereafter, and upon exiting THPP. The 15 Contractor will generate a report(s) of the results and shall provide COUNTY a copy of the 16 report(s) upon request.
