Closing Escrow Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Company and the escrow agent shall have executed and delivered the Closing Escrow Agreement to each Purchaser.
Closing Escrow Agreement. Seller and the Escrow Agent each shall have executed and delivered the Closing Escrow Agreement.
Closing Escrow Agreement. Each Seller, along with the Buyer and the Escrow Agent (or its designee), shall execute and deliver not later than two (2) business days prior to the Closing (or such other date mutually agreed by Sellers and Buyer), the closing escrow agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit K (the "Closing Escrow Agreement").
