Common use of Closing Date and Time Clause in Contracts

Closing Date and Time. The Closing shall take place on September 15, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. (Richmond, Virginia time) at the offices of WMCD, 1021 East Cary Street, Richm▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or at such earlier date and time as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties (the day of the Closing is referred to herein as the "Closing Date").
