Common use of Closing Cash Clause in Contracts

Closing Cash. (i) If the Closing Cash, for purposes of this ARTICLE 2, is less than the Estimated Closing Cash, then Buyer shall be entitled to collect from Seller an amount equal to such difference in accordance with Section 2.4(e).
