Closeouts. A CPAR shall be completed on each contract (supplies and/or services >$150,000, or construction contracts >$650,000, or architect-engineering contracts >$30,000) prior to closeout unless the individual assessing the contractor’s performance:
Closeouts. The SUBRECIPIENT’S obligation to the GRANTEE shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed. Activities during this close-out period shall include, but are not limited to: making final payments, disposing of program assets (including the return of all unused materials, equipment, unspent cash advances, program income balances and accounts receivable to the GRANTEE) and determining the custodianship of records. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect during any period that the SUBRECIPIENT has control over CDBG funds, including program income.
Closeouts. CCC’s obligations under this Agreement shall not end until all closeout requirements set forth in 24 CFR 570.509 are completed. The terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect during any period that CCC has control over CDBG funds, including program income.
Closeouts. CONTRACTOR’s obligation to the COUNTY shall not end until all closeout requirements set forth in the sub-grant are completed. CONTRACTOR’s duties during this closeout period shall include, but are not limited to: making final payments; disposing of program assets, including, without limitation, the return of all unused materials, equipment, unspent cash advances, program income balances and accounts receivable to the COUNTY; and determining the custodianship of records.
Closeouts. Closeouts shall occur upon completion of the LAND BANKING PROJECT and complete receipt of payment and submittal of final closeout reports. Closeout of any or all projects under this Agreement does not invalidate any continuing obligations imposed by this Agreement.
Closeouts. First 5’s obligation to the Grantee shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed. Activities during this close-out period shall include, but are not limited to: making final payments, disposing of program assets (including the return of all unused materials, equipment, unspent cash advances, program income balances, and accounts receivable to the Grantee), and determining the custodianship of records. Not withstanding the foregoing, the terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect during any period that First 5has control over CDBG funds, including program income.
Closeouts. (a) Licensee shall not sell any Licensed Products as closeouts until the season for which the Licensed Products were intended has ended without the express written consent of Callaway Golf. The parties acknowledge that each season lasts *** CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED *** approximately six (6) months from the date a Licensed Product is first shipped into any of the Authorized Distribution Channels.
Closeouts. Sales of first-quality Sunglasses for less than 75% of their regular wholesale prices ("Closeouts") may be made only to the retailers in Distribution Level #4 as defined in Section 4 and approved by Licensor in Schedule 3.
