Closed Account Fee. For performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees on behalf of each of the Portfolios to pay the Transfer Agent an annualized fee for shareholder accounts which previously held Class X, X0, X0, X, X0, X, X0, P, R, R5, S, Y, Invesco Cash Reserve and Investor Class Shares, as applicable, that were closed during any monthly period at a rate of $0.70, to be paid for twelve months following the date on which an account was closed.
Closed Account Fee. For performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Trust agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annualized fee for shareholder accounts which previously held Class A, B, C, IB, IC and Y Shares that were closed during any monthly period at a rate of $0.70, to be paid for twelve months following the date on which an account was closed.
Closed Account Fee. For performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees on behalf of each of the Portfolios to pay the Transfer Agent an annualized fee for shareholder accounts which previously held Class X, X0, X, X, X, X, XXX Xxxx Reserve and Investor Class Shares and AIM Summit Fund Shares that were closed during any monthly period at a rate of $0.70, to be paid for twelve months following the date on which an account was closed, whether such account is serviced directly by the Transfer Agent or by a third party pursuant to an omnibus account service, sub-accounting, or networking agreement, as provided in Section 2.04 of the Agreement.
Closed Account Fee. For performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees on behalf of each of the Portfolios to pay the Transfer Agent an annualized fee for shareholder accounts which previously held Class X, X0, X, X, X, X, XXX Xxxx Reserve and Investor Class Shares and AIM Summit Fund Shares that were closed during any monthly period at a rate of $0.70, to be paid for twelve months following the date on which an account was closed, whether such account is serviced directly by the Transfer Agent or by an intermediary pursuant to third-party servicing arrangements of the type provided for in Section 1.03 of the Agreement.
Closed Account Fee. Section 2(b) of the Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following text to the end of such section: "The Annual Per Shareholder Fee set forth above will be charged on all open accounts within each Fund. An Annual Closed Account Fee of $2 per closed account will be charged on all closed accounts within each Fund. For purposed of determining the applicable fee, the following categories constitute an open account on the BISYS system, measured each month: open account with a balance, open account with a zero balance, open account with a negative balance, and closed account with any activity. Closed accounts with no activity in a month are considered a closed account for billing purposes."
Closed Account Fee. If you voluntarily close your Account and do not pay the entire balance due (other than in connection with your decision not to accept a change in the terms of your Account that is not disclosed in this Agreement), we will charge you a FINANCE CHARGE of $2.50 for each billing cycle during which there is an outstanding balance until the balance is paid in full.

DETERMINING NUMBER OF BILLABLE ACCOUNTS. The Open Account Fee and the Closed Account Fee shall be paid only with respect to accounts serviced directly by the Transfer Agent and not with respect to accounts serviced by third parties pursuant to omnibus account service or sub-accounting agreements, as provided in Section 2.04 of the Agreement.

Schedule C to the Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following text, effective as of the date of this Amendment: "The Annual Per Account Fee set forth for each Fund will be charged on all open accounts within that Fund. An Annual Closed Account Fee of $2 per closed account will be charged on all closed accounts within each Fund. BILLING OF FEES. Both the Open and Closed Account Fees shall be billed by the Transfer Agent monthly in arrears on a prorated basis of 1/12 of the annualized fee for all such accounts.
