Clinical Supervision. 7 7. While on probation, Respondent shall submit to clinical supervision for 24 months 8 by a masters or higher level behavioral health professional licensed by the Arizona Board of 9 Behavioral Health Examiners at the independent level. Within 30 days of the date of this 10 Consent Agreement, Respondent shall submit the name of a clinical supervisor for pre-approval 11 by the Board Chair or designee. Also within 30 days of the date of this Consent Agreement, the 12 clinical supervisor shall submit a letter disclosing their prior relationship to Respondent. In that 14 have reviewed the Consent Agreement and include the results of an initial assessment and a 15 supervision plan regarding the proposed supervision of Respondent. The letter from the 16 supervisor shall be submitted to the Board.
Clinical Supervision. The quality of clinical performance of employees covered by this Agreement shall be monitored and adjudged by individuals belonging to the same professional discipline who are of a higher classification or who are functioning at a higher level of authority. In facilities where there are no individuals of a higher classification or functioning at a higher level of authority in a specified discipline, the director of the facility shall seek evaluative input from members of that discipline. This provision shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement. The Association reserves the right to take whatever lawful action it deems appropriate under the circumstances.

Clinical Supervision. Psychiatric Social Worker(s) may be assigned by management to provide clinical supervision. In order to provide the best clinical supervision, assignments will not exceed the following, when staffing and licensing permits:
Clinical Supervision. Contractor will establish a system for providing appropriate clinical supervision to ICMS PSH staff. Clinical supervision will be provided by licensed individuals and must not be an administrative supervisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

The Employer may assign qualified licensed Mental Health clinical supervision of unlicensed Mental Health Professionals including Masters prepared Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Masters prepared Associate Social Workers, and Doctoral prepared unlicensed Psychologists.

Clinical Supervision. Employer will guarantee supervision to assist clinical staff in obtaining and maintaining licensure (Social Workers) or registration (Occupational Therapist, Recreation Therapist, Dance Therapist, Art Therapist) as appropriate within the appropriate time frames. The employee has the responsibility for making a written request with the appropriate individual for supervision and the Program Administrator. The appropriate individual for supervision will give a written response to the request within two (2) weeks of receipt of request to the employee and the Program Administrator. Supervision will only be provided by qualified department heads or in- house designees.
