Climbing Conditions. In climbing situations where the employee has a reasonable belief that performing their duties poses imminent risk of death or serious injury, coupled with insufficient time to seek redress through normal abatement procedures, the employee may decline to perform the assignment. Such situations may include, but are not limited to: 1. Very cold conditions 2. Icy conditions 3. Windy conditions 4. Tower, structure or situation that may be unsafe 5. Inadequate, or questionable anchor points
