Common use of Climate Change Clause in Contracts

Climate Change. Levy (“CCL”) No amounts that you are required to pay in line with clauses 3 and 4 of this contract include the CCL. Where the CCL applies, we will add the CCL to your prices at the relevant rate from time to time. If you do not have to pay the CCL, it is your responsibility to provide us with evidence of this by sending us your supplier certificate (form PP1 1) to the following address.
