The Provider shall determine refugee/entrant program eligibility based on the individual’s immigration status, date of status, and if applicable, country of origin using original immigration documents provided by the client. The period of eligibility is calculated from the client’s date of eligible status in the U.S. (e.g. date of initial parole, date asylum was granted, date person entered the U.S. as a refugee, etc.).
