Common use of CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing Clause in Contracts

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

BroadRiver may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. ONS may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. ONS may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber xDSL services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. US LEC may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements, or that of its designated third Party. C.M. US LEC may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. Conextel may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. Conextel may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-4- Central Office shall apply.

Charter may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-4- Central Office shall apply.

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. BULLSEYE may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. BULLSEYE may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. Grande may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. Grande may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-4- Central Office shall apply.
