CLEC Profile. A CenturyLink form required to be completed and submitted to CenturyLink by any Telecommunications Carrier requesting to interconnect or exchange traffic with CenturyLink’s network or the ability to initiate any order submission to CenturyLink. Among other things, a Telecommunication Carrier is required to provide CenturyLink, on the CLEC Profile, the following: its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA).
CLEC Profile. 13.1 Charter shall not place any orders under this Agreement until it has completed and submitted to CenturyTel a “CLEC Profile,” in a form provided by CenturyTel and, if required by CenturyTel, paid a deposit for assurance of payment pursuant to Section 9. Among other things required to be listed on the CLEC Profile, Charter will provide to CenturyTel its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) as described in the CenturyTel Service Guide. Charter will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to promptly update this CLEC Profile as necessary to reflect its current certification.
CLEC Profile. A CenturyTel form submitted to CenturyTel by any Telecommunications Carrier requesting to interconnect or exchange traffic with CenturyTel’s network or the ability to initiate any order submission to CenturyTel. MEBTEL will provide GTE with its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) as described in the GTE Guide. MEBTEL agrees to warrant to GTE that it is a certified provider of telecommunications service. MEBTEL will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to update this CLEC Profile as required to reflect its current certification.
CLEC Profile. Before orders can be taken, the CLEC Profile must be completed and returned; and, if required, an advanced deposit paid. NEN will provide GTE with its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) as described in the GTE Guide. NEN agrees to warrant to GTE that it is a certified provider of wireline telecommunications service. NEN will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to update this CLEC Profile as required to reflect its current certification.
CLEC Profile. Before orders can be taken, SPRINT must complete and return the CLEC Profile, and if required, pay an advance deposit. SPRINT will provide VERIZON with its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) as described in the GTE Guide located on GTE’s WISE website at URL: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/wise. SPRINT hereby represents and warrants to VERIZON that it is a certified provider of telecommunications service or shall obtain that certification prior to placing any orders under this Agreement. SPRINT will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to update this CLEC Profile as required to reflect its current certification.
CLEC Profile. The CLEC agrees to warrant to CenturyTel that it is a certified provider of telecommunications service and must provide the information required on the CLEC Profile. The CLEC will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to update the Profile as required to reflect its current certification.
CLEC Profile. 13.1 To the extent Sprint has not already submitted to CenturyTel a “CLEC Profile,” in a form provided by CenturyTel Sprint shall complete a CLEC Profile to CenturyTel as soon as practicable after execution of this agreement, but prior to submitting any orders. Among other things required to be listed on the CLEC Profile, Sprint will provide to CenturyTel its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) as described in the CenturyTel Service Guide. Subject to 13.2, Sprint will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to promptly update this CLEC Profile as necessary to reflect its current certification.
