CLEANING PRODUCTS. PERFORMANCE METRICS AND MEASUREMENT The practices listed below shall be implemented, to the extent practicable, with a target goal of 30% of products complying, based on cost. Custodial Contractors shall submit a quarterly report of the cleaning products purchased for the Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx building. The report shall at minimum include name of the purchased item, date of purchase, product category, sustainability criteria (if applicable), cost per item, quantity purchased, percentage of the compliant and noncompliant products, and achievement of 30% performance target goal. PRACTICES TO OPTIMIZE USE OF SUSTAINABLE CLEANING PRODUCTS Cleaning products and materials, including hard-floor and carpet-care products, used at Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx building shall, when possible, meet the requirements of IEQc3.3: Green Cleaning, Purchase of Sustainable Cleaning Products and Materials. Product types subject to these requirements include, but are not limited to, bio-enzymatic cleaners, hard- floor cleaners, carpet cleaners, general-purpose cleaners, specialty cleaners, odor control, disinfectants, disposable janitorial paper products and trash bags, and hand soaps. IEQc3.3: Green Cleaning, Purchase of Sustainable Cleaning Products and Materials Criteria: ▪ The cleaning products meet one or more of the following standards for the appropriate category: o Green Seal GS-37, for general-purpose, bathroom, glass and carpet cleaner use for industrial and institutional purposes o Environmental Choice CCD-110, for cleaning and degreasing compounds o Environmental Choice CCD-146, for hard-surface cleaners o Environmental Choice CCD-148, for carpet and upholstery care. ▪ Disinfectants, metal polish, floor finishes, strippers or other products not addressed by GS-37 or Environmental Choice CCD-110, 146, or 148 shall meet at least one of the following standards for the appropriate category: o Green Seal GS-40, for industrial and institutional floor-care products o Environmental Choice CCD-112, for digestion additives for cleaning and odor control o Environmental Choice CCD-113, for drain or grease-trap additives o Environmental Choice CCD-115, for odor-control additives o Environmental Choice CCD-147, for hard-floor care o California Code of Regulations maximum allowable VOC levels for the specific product category. ▪ Disposable janitorial paper products and trash bags meet the minimum requirements of one or more of the following programs for the applicable product category: ...

CLEANING PRODUCTS. Paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and vinyl trash liners will be supplied to the cleaning company. The cleaning company is to supply all solid and liquid cleaning products. The cleaning company is to supply all mops, buckets, vacuums, dusters, cloths etc. When possible the cleaning company is to use “Green Products.”
CLEANING PRODUCTS. Lessor shall provide Lessee with the appropriate cleaning materials and products so that Lessor can maintain the office and restroom spaces, as referenced in Section 7.6.
CLEANING PRODUCTS. If you would like us to use a product we do not carry, you may provide that product and we will be happy to use it in your home. However we guarantee the safety of products that we use. Any jobs requiring extra or unusual supplies and/or equipment will be billed additionally for these services.
CLEANING PRODUCTS. All cleaning and floor care products are bio-based and environmentally friendly, where available. In 2005, Rutgers University Environmental Services completed an in-depth study of cleaning and floor care manufacturers. This allowed the university to change from petroleum based products to renewable, sustainable bio-based products. In addition, consistent measurement was obtained by installing new, metered, simple to use dispensing systems which conserve both water and product.
CLEANING PRODUCTS. All cleaning products shall be suitable for the surfaces intended, used in the manner specified by the manufacturer and brought onto the premises in the manufacturer's original unopened container. The Museum may instruct the contractor to discontinue the use of any product judged not suitable and to substitute another mutually satisfactory product. The contractor shall ensure that all cleaning products used in the workplace are classified and labeled according to the workplace hazardous materials information systems (WHMIS 2015). Two binders with the copies of the safety data sheets (SDS) shall be kept on the premises and updated when new cleaning products are purchased. The first binder shall be readily available to the Museum upon request. The second copy of the SDS Binder is to be kept with Protection Services for first-aid-related matters. All cleaning products shall be environmentally safe, and shall bear the “Environmental Choice” EcoLogo or acceptable equivalency. They shall be unscented or low scent and biodegradable. A detailed list, with WHMIS 2015 data support, shall be provided to the Museum prior to its use. When products are required and they are not bearing the “Environmental Choice” EcoLogo a notice from the Contractor shall be provided to the Museum stating that acceptable alternatives are not commonly available and they must be approved by the Museum prior to their use. All supplies brought on site, must be screened by the Museum Pest Management Team or Facilities & Protection, and may be subject to decontamination for a period of up to 7 days prior to use. All deliveries of equipment and supplies shall be made through the Shipping/Receiving area located on the West side of the building, and during its regular hours of operation; 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The Museum shall not be responsible for damage or theft of the contractor's cleaning products. The contractor shall provide an adequate supply of all cleaning and sanitary products at all times, compatible with the Museum’s systems and dispensers. Museum approval is required to replace, or change type of products or dispensers. Toilet Paper;  Shall be listed in the EcoLogo Program; 2-ply toilet paper of good quality, as accepted by the Museum, compatible with the Museum provided dispensers. CLEANING PRODUCTS. To ensure that only environmentally friendly green products which promote sustainability are used on OSC premises, the Contractor shall use janitorial cleaning products and equipment (selected and provided by the Landlord) that reduce or eliminate the health and environmental risks that would otherwise result from the use or release of toxic substances and thereby minimize the risks of the discharge of pollutants into the environment.
CLEANING PRODUCTS. Any cleaning products included in the integrated pest management policy must meet the requirements outlined in VCU’s Green Cleaning Policy.

  • Product ACCEPTANCE Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User(s) shall have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to accept hardware products and sixty (60) days from the date of delivery to accept all other Product. Where the Contractor is responsible for installation, acceptance shall be from completion of installation. Failure to provide notice of acceptance or rejection or a deficiency statement to the Contractor by the end of the period provided for under this clause constitutes acceptance by the Authorized User(s) as of the expiration of that period. The License Term shall be extended by the time periods allowed for trial use, testing and acceptance unless the Commissioner or Authorized User agrees to accept the Product at completion of trial use. Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User shall have the option to run testing on the Product prior to acceptance, such tests and data sets to be specified by User. Where using its own data or tests, Authorized User must have the tests or representative set of data available upon delivery. This demonstration will take the form of a documented installation test, capable of observation by the Authorized User, and shall be made part of the Contractor’s standard documentation. The test data shall remain accessible to the Authorized User after completion of the test. In the event that the documented installation test cannot be completed successfully within the specified acceptance period, and the Contractor or Product is responsible for the delay, Authorized User shall have the option to cancel the order in whole or in part, or to extend the testing period for an additional thirty (30) day increment. Authorized User shall notify Contractor of acceptance upon successful completion of the documented installation test. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any cause of action against the Authorized User for damages, loss of profits, expenses, or other remuneration of any kind. If the Authorized User elects to provide a deficiency statement specifying how the Product fails to meet the specifications within the testing period, Contractor shall have thirty (30) days to correct the deficiency, and the Authorized User shall have an additional sixty (60) days to evaluate the Product as provided herein. If the Product does not meet the specifications at the end of the extended testing period, Authorized User, upon prior written notice to Contractor, may then reject the Product and return all defective Product to Contractor, and Contractor shall refund any monies paid by the Authorized User to Contractor therefor. Costs and liabilities associated with a failure of the Product to perform in accordance with the functionality tests or product specifications during the acceptance period shall be borne fully by Contractor to the extent that said costs or liabilities shall not have been caused by negligent or willful acts or omissions of the Authorized User’s agents or employees. Said costs shall be limited to the amounts set forth in the Limitation of Liability Clause for any liability for costs incurred at the direction or recommendation of Contractor.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • Recycled Products The Provider shall procure any recycled products or materials, which are the subject of or are required to carry out this Contract, in accordance with the provisions of sections 403.7065, F.S.
