CLEAN AIR ACT AND CLEAN WATER ACT CERTIFICATION. The Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.). The Department shall report violations to the United States Department of Health and Human Services and the appropriate Regional Office of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
