Clauses 21. 1 and 21.2 constitute stipulatio xxxxxx for the benefit of the directors, employees, servants, agents or contractors of the Registered Shareholder, JSE Member, CSDP, IH and IHRS or other persons for whom in law the Registered Shareholder, JSE Member, CSDP, IH or IHRS may be liable, which they will be entitled to accept at any time by notifying You in writing of their acceptance.
Clauses 21. 2 and 21.3 impose no obligation on NUHS or the relevant Institution or the Contractor to verify if the other’s representative is duly authorised to agree to any amendments or variations to the Master Contract.
Clauses 21. 4.1 and 21.4.2 above shall override any appropriation made by any Obligor.
Clauses 21. 9.1 and 21.9.2 do not apply to any Encumbrance or (as the case may be) Quasi-Security, which is a Permitted Encumbrance or a Permitted Transaction.

Clauses 21. 5.1 and 21.5.2 above do not apply to Permitted Security Interests.
Clauses 21. 11.1 and 21.11.2 do not apply to any (i) Permitted Security or (ii) any member of the Group that is not a party to any Finance Document.
Clauses 21. 3.1 and 21.3.2 above do not apply to Permitted Encumbrances.
Clauses 21. 9.1 and 21.9.2 do not apply to any Encumbrance, which is a Permitted Encumbrance.
