Clause F. 2 is valid only for the life of the current contract, effective August 29, 2017 to August 28, 2020. Thereafter, unless the parties negotiate otherwise, comparability, the student growth component and subsequently, the teacher’s summative evaluation rating, as identified in Board policy 3220 on the “Evaluation Matrix” therein, may be a determinant in making reductions in force among bargaining unit members in accordance with Ohio Revised Code §3319.111 and §3319.112.

Clause F. 4 (assignment and forfeiture) shall apply to Pension Credit Benefit under paragraph 6.1 or alternatives thereto under paragraphs 7.1 or 7.4.
