Classroom Logistics. Licensee shall offer the Courses or Presentations in a live classroom format only and shall be responsible for all logistical details in connection with said presentation, including, without limitation: (1) classroom set-up and facilities; (2) all audiovisual equipment; and (3) refreshments.
