CLASSIFIED DATA. The work performed under this Master Agreement may cover classified national security information and unclassified Military Critical Technology (MCT). All personnel, government and non-government, working with classified material must have an appropriate security clearance and need to know. Any exchange of classified Data with industry shall comply with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, DoD 5200.22-M (February 2006) and the DD-254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification provided as a separate removable attachment to this Master Agreement. CLASSIFIED DATA. ‌ Classified data shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements established in the DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification. The contractor shall contact the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) for the mailing address(es) if not specified in Block 14 or 16 of the DD Form 1423-1.

This information must be controlled in accordance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.

CLASSIFIED DATA. Nothing in this Contract shall modify, supersede, or in any way change present or future policies, procedures or functions of the Laboratory with regard to the common defense of security of the United States. No classified information shall be revealed except in accordance with the Laboratory’s and the United States Government’s directives. Failure to comply with security regulations shall be a cause for immediate discharge.

CLASSIFIED DATA. If classified data is involved, Subcontractor shall also comply with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM). Seller represents and warrants that it is a U.S. Person as that term is defined in the ITAR, and that Seller shall comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
