substantiating reasons for that assessment;\n(c) Information comparing the work performed and the characteristics, skills and duties, and criteria prescribed by this Agreement for the respective levels; and\n(d) The identity of persons who support the subject employee\u2019s application for review;\n(e) Other material as appropriate.\n5.8.5 An employee may be assisted and/or represented in preparing and submitting the material identified in subclause 4 and in any discussion with the employer related to the request.\n5.8.6 The employer will:\n(a) consider the information provided in the request; and\n(b) notify the employee in writing of the decision regarding the request:\n(i) within sixty (60) calendar days of receiving the request; or\n(ii) by the last day in February of the following year of a request received in December.\n5.8.7 A classification review may be the subject of clause 2.4 (Procedures for Preventing and Settling Disputes) of this Agreement.", "size": 6,
