Classification and Wage Schedule. (a) Each employee shall be notified at the time of his employment under which classification and wage schedule he is employed. He shall also be notified before any change of classification or wage schedule is effective and such change shall not be retroactive. However, employees may be adjusted retroactively when misclassified. The employee’s classification and wage schedule shall be shown on his time card. (b) Should the parties find that there are other classifications employed on productions recorded digitally for which there are no analogous classifications herein and the duties for which would fall within the jurisdiction of this Agreement, the parties agree to meet in the Producer – I.A.T.S.E. Cooperative Committee to resolve questions as to the appropriate rate for such classifications. (c) The parties agree to form a committee during the term of this Agreement to discuss adding an Apprentice classification.

Classification and Wage Schedule. 21.1 Electric Department a) Journeyman Lineman 100% of Journeyman Lineman Rate Apprentice ‘A’ Fourth 2000 hours of service–90% of Journeyman Lineman Rate Apprentice ‘B’ Third 2000 hours of service–85% of Journeyman Lineman Rate Apprentice ‘C’ Second 2000 hours of service-80% of Journeyman Lineman Rate Apprentice ‘D’ First 2000 hours of service-70% of Journeyman Lineman Rate Progressions are not automatic to the full Journeyman Lineman rate but are based on the successful completion of the 8000 hours and the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association Training Program. b) Distribution Technician 100% of Distribution Technician Rate 3rd Year 90% of Distribution Technician Rate 2nd Year 80% of Distribution Technician Rate 1st Year 70% of Distribution Technician Rate Progressions are not automatic to the full Distribution Technician rate but are based on annual performance evaluations that indicate continued development in the position.
