Class Size Adjustments. Within twenty (20) days after the beginning of each semester, if the maximum class size stated above is exceeded, the District will make adjustments by reorganizing classes within the staff of that school site. Following twenty (20) days after the beginning of each semester, class size will not exceed the maximum without the written request of the teachers as specified in 15.3.8 above.

Class Size Adjustments. Up to two (2) days of released time mutually agreed to with the building supervisor, for the purpose of preparation, visitation to other sites or additional training.
Class Size Adjustments. Enrollment figures at the end of the first eight (8) instructional days of the fall and spring semesters shall be used as the basis for class size adjustments consistent with the class size provisions contained in 5.31. The District shall then have fifteen (15) consecutive teacher work days with which to effect such adjustments. Except for the foregoing time periods, the District shall have ten (10) consecutive teacher workdays to effect adjustments in order to conform to the class size provisions of this Article.   • Fee Adjustment Fees as provided in this Agreement to be charged to residents of Joplin and the City pursuant to this Agreement may be adjusted based upon the AARC's change in costs subsequent to the previous adjustment. All increases shall be subject to annual appropriation by the Joplin City Council. City shall have thirty (30) days to review and request additional supporting documentation. In the event the parties are unable to agree to the cost adjustment, either party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement as provided herein.

Executive understands and agrees that the Bank’s set-off rights will accrue, and any set-off pursuant to this provision will be applied to any non-compete payments due (or previously paid or accrued), after the earlier of Executive’s receipt or accrual of Remuneration (the Set-off Date), and if Executive is not entitled to further payments under this Agreement, Executive agrees to refund the setoff amount in full to the Bank within fourteen (14 days) of Executive’s Certification reporting such remuneration or the Set-off Date, whichever is later.

  • Successive Adjustments After an adjustment to the Conversion Rate under this Article 10, any subsequent event requiring an adjustment under this Article 10 shall cause an adjustment to the Conversion Rate as so adjusted.
