Common use of Class Grievance Clause in Contracts

Class Grievance. Class grievance involving one or more Members of the Bargaining Unit or one or more supervisors, and grievances involving an administrator above the building level may be initially filed by the Association.

Class Grievance. Class grievance grievances involving one or more Members of the Bargaining Unit employees or one or more supervisors, supervisors and grievances involving an administrator Administrator above the building level may be initially filed by the Associationgrievant at Step Two.
