Common use of Class Certification Clause in Contracts

Class Certification. The Parties agree that, for settlement purposes only, this Action shall be certified as a class action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(a) and 23(b)(3) with Representative Plaintiffs as the Class Representatives and Plaintiffs’ counsel as Class Counsel.
