Common use of Clarifications & Amendments Clause in Contracts

Clarifications & Amendments. If deemed necessary, the Bank may seek clarifications on any aspect from the bidder. However, that would not entitle the bidder to change or cause any change in the substances of the bid already submitted or the price quoted. The bidder may be asked to give presentation for the purpose of clarification of the bid.
