Claims Management. 569 A claims examiner will correspond with the employee in writing. If additional 570 information is needed, the claims examiner may contact the employee, supervisor, and 571 witnesses to take recorded statements. Employees are expected to fully cooperate with 572 the requests of the claims examiner. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of the 573 claim.
