Claims Data Retention. ESI will retain Sponsor’s claims data for a total of ten (10) years from the date the prescription is filled. Thereafter ESI will dispose of such data in accordance with its standard policies and practices and applicable state and federal law. Disposition of PHI shall be in accordance with the Business Associate Agreement.
