Claim Administration Process. The Claims Process requires Class Members who seek payment under this Settlement Agreement (or the Class Member’s Authorized Representative) to complete (under penalty of perjury) and submit the Claim Form attached hereto as Exhibit B. GPC, Class Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator have no responsibility for ensuring an Authorized Representative attesting to authority to submit a Claim Form on behalf of a Claimant is authorized to do so as provided in the Settlement Fund Distribution Protocol.
