Common use of Civil Utilities Clause in Contracts

Civil Utilities. Public toilets are available at Khapri Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Airport Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Lokmanya Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Institution of Engineers Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Water drainage and sewerage system for the existing space utilization is also made available. If any augmentation to the existing civil utilities such as toilets, drainage, sewer and water supply system etc becomes necessary within the proposed Property Business spaces, it shall be done by licensee at their cost subject to prior approval of Maha-Metro. Maha-Metro reserves the right to accept or reject the request made by Licensee.
