City Service. All positions in all departments and agencies of the City that are subject to control and regulation by the City Council of the City of St. Helena.

City Service. Owner understands and acknowledges that the City may not furnish water to serve that portion of the Property that lies within the boundaries of Rural Water District No. 1 Lancaster County Nebraska (“District No. 1") without consent and approval from District No. 1. Owner desires that all the Property be connected to the City’s public water system. Therefore, Owner agrees to pay, prior to annexation of any portion of the Property that lies within the boundaries of District No. 1, all cost, if any, needed to obtain District No. 1’s approval for the City to furnish water to the Property lying within the boundaries of District No. 1.
City Service. Upon transfer of the Property described on Exhibit A to the City’s CCN, the City hereby agrees to provide continuous and adequate water service to the Property as is required of all CCN holders pursuant to Texas Water Code Section 13.250 (a).
City Service. Upon decertification of the KB Home Tract, the City hereby agrees to submit to the PUC a “Notice of Intent to Serve” for the KB Home Tract (the “KB Home Notice”) within thirty (30) days after Developer provides the City with notice that Aqua has approved the decertification. After submittal to the PUC, the City shall thereafter diligently pursue obtaining the final approval from PUC so that the City may provide water utility service to the KB Home Tract. The Developer shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the KB Home Notice to obtain final approval from the PUC in order for the City to provide water utility service to the KB Home Tract.
City Service. The standard, narrow-band U.S. version of Digital City(R) brand service's local content offerings marketed under the Digital City(R) brand name, specifically excluding (a) the AOL Service, XXX.xxx or any other AOL Interactive Site, (b) any international versions of such local content offerings, (c) the CompuServe(R) brand service and any other CompuServe products or services (d) "Driveway," "ICQTM," "AOL Search," "AOL Instant MessengerTM," "AOL NetMailTM," "Electra", "Thrive", "Real Fans", "Love@AOL", "Entertainment Asylum," "AOL Hometown," "My News" or any similar independent product, service or property which may be offered by, through or with the standard narrow band version of Digital City(R) brand service's local content offerings, (e) any programming or Content area offered by or through such local content offerings over which Digital City, Inc. ("DCI") does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties and member-created Content areas), (f) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through such local content offerings, (g) any property, feature, product or service which AOL or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the Effective Date, (h) any other version of a Digital City(R) brand service local content offering which is materially different from the narrow-band U.S. version of Digital City(R) brand service's local content offerings marketed under the Digital City(R) brand name, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, DCI's Your Town branded cities or any other similar "light" product offering, any co- branded version of the offerings and any version distributed through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer, and (i) Digital City(R) branded offerings in any local area where such offerings are not owned or operationally controlled by AOL, Inc. or DCI.
City Service. Tachus will provide 1Gb Internet Service to the following locations at no monthly recurring cost to the City. City agrees to provide access to any easements or right of ways as noted on Exhibit E as City Facilities Build path. Location

Related to City Service

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • TELEPHONE SERVICE Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.

  • UTILITIES AND SERVICE Tenant shall pay, when due, all charges for gas, water, electricity and any and all other utility services used upon the Premises during the Term and any holdover period, including, without limitation, all tap, connection and/or meter fees and deposits.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately.   • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.
