City of Hayward. A. San Francisco and the City of Hayward (“Hayward”) entered into a water supply contract on February 9, 1962 (“the 1962 contract”) which provides, inter alia, that San Francisco will supply Hayward with all water supplemental to sources and supplies of water owned or controlled by Hayward as of that date, in sufficient quantity to supply the total water needs of the service area described on an exhibit to the 1962 contract “on a permanent basis.” The service area map attached as Exhibit C to the 1962 contract was amended in 1974 to remove an area of land in the Hayward hills and in 2008 to make minor boundary adjustments identified in SFPUC Resolution No. 08-0035.

City of Hayward. It is understood that: • The City of Hayward students desiring to enroll in Chabot classes will apply through California Community College Apply (CCCApply) and submit a Chabot Concurrent Enrollment Application and obtain all necessary school and parental/guardian signatures as required. • All other students desiring to enroll in Chabot classes will apply through California Community College Apply (CCCApply) and register for the designated open classes held at the Downtown Hayward Public Library. • Students will be enrolled at Xxxxxx College and as such, will be held to the same "Student Conduct and Due Process Policy" as outlined in the Xxxxxx College 2022-2024 catalog (see Attachment A). • Noncredit courses are tuition free; however, students are responsible for a $33 student fee. It is the sole responsibility of the student to pay for these fees, unless otherwise arranged. • City of Xxxxxxx will be responsible for providing a meeting space at the Downtown Hayward Public Library for the Xxxxxx College noncredit ECD class to take place. • Monthly meetings may be held between Hayward Public Library staff and the Xxxxxx College instructor at a time that is convenient for both parties. • City of Xxxxxxx will help identify and outreach to Hayward Public Library participants who are interested in the Chabot noncredit ECD course. • City of Hayward’s Education Services Division will assist prospective students with the CCCApply application process and register for the designated course.

  • Route of Haul PURCHASER shall furnish to STATE, at the time of making request for scaling approval, a map showing the scaling location and the precise route which shall be used to haul logs from the timber sale area to the scaling location. Such route shall be the most direct haul route between the two points, unless another route is approved by STATE. The route of haul may be changed only with advance notice to and approval by STATE. Upon loading at the timber sale area, a log load shall be directly hauled to an approved scaling location, if required to be scaled. Log loads shall not be stored for late delivery without written approval from STATE.

  • What Are the Qualifications for Charitable Donations The Pension Protection Act of 2006 allows Xxxx XXX holders who are RMD age or older at the time of a distribution to annually exclude qualified charitable distribution amounts up to $100,000 per year from gross income. The provision was made permanent by the PATH Act of 2015. A qualified charitable distribution must be made payable directly to the qualified charity as described in Section 170(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Distributions from SEP or SIMPLE IRAs do not qualify for this type of designation.

  • Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.
