City Code and Ordinances Clause Samples
The "City Code and Ordinances" clause establishes that all activities, obligations, or operations under the agreement must comply with the local laws, regulations, and municipal codes of the relevant city. In practice, this means that parties are required to obtain necessary permits, adhere to zoning restrictions, and follow any other applicable city rules when performing their duties. This clause ensures legal compliance at the municipal level, helping to prevent violations that could result in fines, project delays, or legal disputes.
City Code and Ordinances. Developer acknowledges that Developer is familiar with the requirements of Delano’s Building Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, and other applicable portions of the City Code relating to the development of the Property. Developer agrees to develop the Property in accordance with all applicable City Code requirements.
City Code and Ordinances. The City agrees to provide the Hearing Examiner with a copy of the Mukilteo Municipal Code, and all ordinances relating to subjects over which the Hearing Examiner has Jurisdiction, and which are not included in either of the other compilations. Updates to the code shall be provided to the Hearing Examiner prior to their effective date.
