City Business License. The CONSULTANT has obtained, or agrees to obtain, a business license from the CITY prior to commencing to perform any services under this agreement. The CONSULTANT will maintain the business license in good standing throughout the term of this Agreement.
City Business License. To conduct business within the City of Placerville Consultant must be in possession of a valid City Business License.

City Business License. Lessee must ensure that each vendor it hires to provide services and goods for the function has a current City of Decatur business license. The lessee should contact the city revenue department at 256 -341-4546 with any questions regarding the license status of any vendor.
City Business License. The Port acknowledges that the City has imposed a business licensing requirement on all persons conducting business within city limits, which limits specifically include the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Although the City will be responsible for enforcing all business license requirements, the Port agrees to notify its tenants and contractors of this requirement and that they may apply for such license at the City’s Finance Department.

In the event that the ARTIST intends to offer any of the artwork for sale in conjunction with its display on City property, the ARTIST agrees to obtain a business license from the CITY prior to commencing to perform any services under this Agreement. The ARTIST will maintain the business license in good standing throughout the term of this Agreement.

Consultant agrees that if its business is based within the City limits or it enters into the City to conduct business then a current City of Merced business license is required. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in criminal penalties.

Seller shall obtain and maintain and shall cause its contractors and subcontractors to obtain and maintain during the duration of this Agreement, a City business license as required by the Municipal Code. Seller shall pay and shall cause its contractors and subcontractors to pay any and all state and federal taxes and any other applicable taxes. Purchaser shall not be required to pay for any Energy provided under this Agreement, until Seller has provided Purchaser with a completed Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).
