Citizen of the United States. Each of Grand River and Black Creek is a "citizen of the United States" within the meaning of 46 U.S.C. § 50501(a), (b) and (d), and the regulations promulgated thereunder, eligible and qualified to own U.S. –flag vessels in the coastwise trade of the United States.
Citizen of the United States. Each of LLTC and Grand River is a "citizen of the United States" under Sections 2(a) and 2(c) of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended, and is qualified to own and operate a vessel in the coastwise trade of the United States.
Citizen of the United States. Lessee is a "citizen of the United States" as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(15) of the Federal Aviation Act.

Citizen of the United States. Each of the Loan Parties that owns any aircraft are “citizens of the United States” as such term is defined in § 40102(a)(15) of the Federal Aviation Act.
Citizen of the United States. Mortgagor is a citizen of the United States within the meaning of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended, for the purpose of operating the Vessel in coastwise trade and is entitled to own and operate the Vessel under its marine documents.
