Circumference definition

Circumference means the measurement of the perimeter or outer boundary of a stem or trunk of a tree with such measurement including the bark of the stem.
Circumference means trunk circumference measured at four and one-half feet (4½’) above the ground. For trees which are multi-stemmed above this height, measurement includes the circumference of two (2) or more trunks if combined are equal to or greater than the minimum size stipulated.
Circumference means the circumference measurement of the stem of a tree made outside the bark of the tree.
