Chimney sweeping. The Tenant must pay for the sweeping of all working chimneys (if any) and ensure that these are swept regularly during the Tenancy Agreement and particularly during the last week of the Tenancy Agreement and to produce to the Landlord receipted bills on the last day of the Tenancy Agreement.
