Child Without Special Needs Clause Samples

The 'Child Without Special Needs' clause defines that, for the purposes of the agreement, the child involved does not have any physical, emotional, or developmental conditions requiring special care or accommodations. In practice, this means that the terms of the agreement—such as custody, support, or educational arrangements—are based on the assumption that the child does not need additional resources or services beyond those typically required for children of similar age. This clause ensures clarity in the parties' obligations and helps prevent disputes by establishing a baseline understanding of the child's needs at the time of the agreement.
