Common use of Child Protective Services Clause in Contracts

Child Protective Services. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements specified for child protective examinations, provision of medical information to the child protective services investigation and court ordered services as specified in 18 NYCRR Section 432, and any subsequent amendments thereto. Medically necessary services, whether provided in or out of plan, must be provided. Out of plan providers will be reimbursed at the Medicaid fee schedule by the Contractor.
