Child Not Denied Coverage Sample Clauses

The 'Child Not Denied Coverage' clause ensures that a child is not refused insurance coverage under a policy, typically due to factors such as age, health status, or dependency. In practice, this clause may require insurers to provide coverage for children of the policyholder, regardless of pre-existing conditions or other common grounds for denial. Its core function is to protect dependents by guaranteeing access to necessary insurance benefits, thereby preventing discrimination and ensuring that children receive essential coverage.
