Child Care Program. The Child Care Program will be the subject of continuing review and recommendations for the improvement of the Child Care Program at the university. This review shall occur as a periodic item on the agenda for the Labor/Management Committee set out in Article VII, Labor Management Committee.

Child Care Program. 3 The Hospital currently plans to continue the hours of the child care services currently 4 available so child care will be available from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; provided the center 5 may close earlier when no children remain on the premises. It is understood that 6 continuation of the child care facility shall depend in part on the level of usage. If the 7 Hospital subsequently considers terminating the program, it will provide the ONA at 8 least seven calendar days prior written notice and shall consider any comments or 9 information provided by the ONA within fourteen (14) calendar days before finalizing 10 such a decision. 11
Child Care Program. 30.1 The Hospital, may in its sole discretion, modify or discontinue its Child Care Program, including cost to employees.
Child Care Program. The Employer and the Union expressly recognize the uniqueness of the Home Child Care Program. The Employer expressly recognizes that no bargaining unit member performing work in the Home Child Care programme will be displaced as a result of non-bargaining unit personnel performing work in this program. The parties further agree that where there is an absence of a Home Child Care Program bargaining unit member which the Employer is aware will be of a duration of more than five (5) consecutively scheduled working days, prior to the posting of this position, the hours shall first be offered to the remaining bargaining unit employee(s) in the Home Child Care Program, based upon seniority. In no event shall the Employer be required to schedule employees in the Home Child Care Program for such work if this will result in the employee working overtime. If, after offering the hours as outlined above, there remains available hours, the Employer will post the vacancy for a period of seven (7) working days and the seniority employee with the requisite qualifications will be trained to fill the temporary vacancy. At the end of the temporary position, the employee shall not be permitted to bump, but shall be returned to their previously held position. If their previously held position no longer exists, they will be considered laid off and can exercise their seniority as prescribed in the Collective Agreement. Child Care Program. Activities/ Curriculum I will conduct wide variety of activities with your child, including: Art activities, health, safety, and nutrition projects, puzzles, games, outdoor play: free play: dramatic play, and more. All children’s activities will be appropriate to the age of your child, which means they will be within the abilities of your child. I do not allow the children to watch television unless we are watching a specific children’s educational program or viewing appropriate children's DVDs Clothing Please bring an extra set of clothing for your child, including shirt, pants, underwear, and socks. If your child is being toilet-trained, please bring two extra sets of clothing and a plastic sealable bag. All the clothing must be labeled with your child’s name on it. During the winter, bring clothes for outdoor play, including a jacket, hat scarf, mittens or gloves, a snowsuit or snow pants, and boots. During the summer, bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen. Food and Nutrition I participate in a NYS CACFP FOOD PROGRAM. You must sign a form to participate and must cooperate with requests for information from my Food Program sponsor. I serve the following meals: Breakfast 8:00AM A morning snack 10 AM A noon meal between noon An afternoon snack 3:15PM You may not bring food from home into my program. I will offer the food in the children but won’t make sure that they eat it. I will inform you if I notice any change in your child’s eating habits.

  • Primary Care Clinic Employees and each of their covered dependents must individually elect a primary care clinic within the network of providers offered by the plan administrator chosen by the employee. Employees and their dependents may elect to change clinics within their clinic’s Benefit Level as often as the plan administrator permits and as outlined above.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Vision Care Plan The County agrees to provide a Vision Care Plan for all employees and dependents. The Plan will be the Vision Service Plan - Plan A with benefits at 12/12/24 month intervals and with twenty dollar ($20.00) deductible for examinations and twenty dollar ($20.00) deductible for materials. The County will fully pay the monthly premium for the employee and dependents and pick up inflationary costs during the term of the Agreement.

  • Pharmacy Pharmacy hereby represents that neither Pharmacy, nor, to the best of Pharmacy’s knowledge, Pharmacist, Pharmacy’s employees, agents or independent contractors involved in the provision of services have been excluded from participation in any Federally-funded health care programs, including, but not limited to, Medicare and Medicaid.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • HEALTH CARE PLANS ‌ Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.

  • Dental Care Plan The Welfare Plan will include a Dental Care Plan which will reimburse members for expenses incurred in respect of the coverages summarized in Appendix "1". The Plan will not duplicate benefits provided now or which may be provided in the future by any government program.

  • Health Care Operations Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
