Contractor shall ensure that all known or suspected instances of child abuse or neglect are promptly reported to proper authorities as required by the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act, Penal Code § 11164, et eq. Contractor shall require that all of its employees, consultants, and agents performing services under this Contract who are mandated reporters under the Act sign statements indicating that they know of and will comply with the Act's reporting requirements
