Chief Executive. 17.1.1 Subject to Clause 15.7.4, a chief executive of the Executive Committee (the "Chief Executive") shall be appointed and be subject to removal and replacement by resolution of the Executive Committee passed by 70 percent or more of the votes of all Committee Members (after consultation with the Pool Chairman).
