Chief Executive Officer or President. Executive shall be entitled to no more than an aggregate of ten (10) sick days and personal days per calendar year. Unused vacation, sick and personal days time will be forfeited as of January 31 of the following calendar year of the Employment Term.

Chief Executive Officer or President. The Secretary shall have custody of the corporate seal of the Corporation and the Secretary, or any Assistant Secretary, shall have authority to affix the same to any instrument requiring it, and when so affixed, it may be attested by his or her signature or by the signature of such Assistant Secretary. The Board of Directors may give general authority to any other officer to affix the seal of the Corporation and to attest the affixing thereof by his or her signature.
Chief Executive Officer or President. The Executive will report directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President. The Executive shall perform all duties assigned to him faithfully and efficiently, subject to the directions of the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 2, the Executive may devote reasonable time to performing consulting services for entities other than the Company to the extent that such activities do not, in the reasonable judgment of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), inhibit or prohibit the performance of the Executive's duties or obligations under this Agreement or conflict in any material way with the business of the Company.

  • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.

  • Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.

  • Chief Operating Officer Subject to the powers of the Company Board, the chief executive officer and the president, the chief operating officer of the Company shall have general and active management of the business of the Company. The chief operating officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the president are carried into effect.
