Chief Executive Officer or President. Executive shall be entitled to no more than an aggregate of ten (10) sick days and personal days per calendar year. Unused vacation, sick and personal days time will be forfeited as of January 31 of the following calendar year of the Employment Term.

Chief Executive Officer or President. The Secretary shall have custody of the corporate seal of the Corporation and the Secretary, or any Assistant Secretary, shall have authority to affix the same to any instrument requiring it, and when so affixed, it may be attested by his or her signature or by the signature of such Assistant Secretary. The Board of Directors may give general authority to any other officer to affix the seal of the Corporation and to attest the affixing thereof by his or her signature.

Chief Executive Officer or President. The Executive will report directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President. The Executive shall perform all duties assigned to him faithfully and efficiently, subject to the directions of the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.   • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.
