The CEOs will, at a minimum: In Partnership with the Local Board and other applicable Partners within the planning region, develop and submit a single regional and/or local plan that includes a description of the activities that shall be undertaken by all Local Boards and their Partners, and that incorporates plans for each of the Local areas in the planning region, if applicable Approve the Local Board budget and workforce center cost allocation plan, Approve the selection of the one-stop operator following the competitive procurement process, and Coordinate with the Local Board to oversee the operations of the Local Area Arkansas Workforce Center network.
