CHICAGOLAND ROY HOBBS BASEBALL HALL OF FAME. SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA a. Any Former or current Player, Manager, Umpire, or League Sponsor who participated in or supported the Chicagoland Roy Hobbs Baseball League Baseball League for a minimum of fifteen (15) or more years and consistently demonstrated good sportsmanship, character and respect towards teammates, opponents, umpires, and spectators; competitive skill; and, provided unselfish devotion to improving the quality and experience of Amateur Adult Baseball within the Chicagoland Roy Hobbs Baseball League and the community at large.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire.   • Mitchell Hutchins obligation to pay compensation to PaineWebber as agreed upon pursuant to this paragraph 4 is not contingent upon receipt by Mitchell Hutchins of any compensation from the Fund or Series. Mitchell Hutchins shall advise the Board of any agreements or revised agreements as to compensation to be paid by Mitchell Hutchins to PaineWebber at their first regular meeting held after such agreement but shall not be required to obtain prior approval for such agreements from the Board.

Purpose In our rapidly changing society, teachers must constantly review curricular content, teaching methods and materials, educational philosophy and goals, social change, and other topics related to education. The Board recognizes that it shares with its professional staff responsibility for the upgrading and updating of teacher performance and attitudes. The Board and the Association support the principle of continuing training of teachers and the improvement of instruction. The parties further agree that each teacher should fulfill this obligation for professional improvement.

  • Limited Liability Company Agreement The Members hereby execute this Agreement for the purpose of establishing the affairs of the Company and the conduct of its business in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The Members hereby agree that, during the term of the Company set forth in Section 1.6 hereof, the rights and obligations of the Holders with respect to the Company shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and, except where the Act provides that such rights and obligations specified in the Act shall apply “unless otherwise provided in a limited liability company agreement” or words of similar effect and such rights and obligations are set forth in this Agreement, the Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Section 18-210 of the Act (entitled “Contractual Appraisal Rights”) and Section 18-305(a) of the Act (entitled “Access to and Confidentiality of Information; Records”) shall not apply to the Company or be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Construction Phase Services The Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed issued by Owner after approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal and shall continue until Final Completion of all Work.
