Checkout Time Clause Samples

The Checkout Time clause establishes the specific time by which guests must vacate a property or hotel room on their departure date. Typically, this clause will state a set hour, such as 11:00 AM, after which guests may be subject to additional charges or penalties if they remain on the premises. By clearly defining the expected departure time, this clause helps ensure smooth transitions between guests, allows staff adequate time to clean and prepare rooms, and prevents disputes over late checkouts.
