Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.
Part-Time A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.
Delivery Time 7.1. The delivery time shall start as soon as the contract is entered into, all official formalities have been completed, payments due with the order have been made, any agreed securities given and the main technical points settled. The delivery time shall be deemed to be observed if by that time XXXXXX has sent a notice to the customer informing him that the supplies are ready for dispatch.
Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.
Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.
Report Time All bargaining unit members with the exception of paraprofessionals, sign language/educational interpreters, occupational therapy assistants, and physical therapy assistants will arrive ten (10) minutes before the start of the student day. During this time, such bargaining unit members must be in the school building. However, this time may not be assigned by the Principal or other administrator.
Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.
Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant will be required to vacate the premises immediately without the possibility of a refund. Premises keys will not be issued to anyone who is not an adult. RESERVATIONS Reservations may be placed up to two (1) year in advance, but are subject to the rates in effect for the year said reservations are placed. All times are Pacific Standard Time and currency is CAD unless otherwise noted. While every effort will be made to have the property available for check in at 4pm CheckinTime, during high season, a cleaning crew may require additional cleaning time and check in may be delayed up to 6:00 pm. RESERVATION DEPOSIT A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept VISA or MASTERCARD.
Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.
