Checking, Signing and Certification Sample Clauses

Checking, Signing and Certification. All documents prepared under the Contract will be signed by the University to certify that the documents have been prepared by competent staff and have been checked and approved for accuracy, compliance with relevant Laws, the requirements of the Contract and coordination with related documents. The University is not required to check standard documents provided by the Principal, but will ensure that the standard documents are appropriate for their proposed use.
