CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE Sample Clauses
The CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE clause outlines the specific steps and requirements that a tenant or guest must follow when vacating a property at the end of their stay or lease. This typically includes returning all keys, removing personal belongings, cleaning the premises, and allowing for a final inspection by the landlord or property manager. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps ensure a smooth transition between occupants, minimizes disputes over property condition, and facilitates the timely return of security deposits.
